Try this, it kind of worked for me so so. It's very, very hard to do, for most. I say that because in 40 years I only done it one time. I am however going to try again now that am retired and have more time for stuff. The trick that I believe I found is to either meditate if your not OCD or when you wake up after you sleep, DO NOT MOVE A MUSCLE. If you move your body realizes it and communication between your body and soul begin for another day. Instead try to project through the third eye to some other place outside of your immediate area. The reason I say that is because when I did it, I projected my soul to hover above my body (didn't want to go to far) but it was dark in my bedroom so I did not know where I was cause was dark so I freaked and poof, I immediately was thrust back into my body. But what convinced me that this was real was as soon as I freaked I felt a tingle right from the top of my head to the tips of my toes and have never experienced that tingle before or since. It told me there is definitely something there, GL.

Been doing it since I was 12 but it came natural and just started happening. It was so terrifying at first. Later I developed ways to control it and now I sometimes don’t want to return.

@@aramisra4750 there's a different term but I have experienced the unconscious state where my soul didn't leave my body. I was seeing through what looked like tunnel vision in the shape of an eye. Was definitely strange to me. When I came to reality there was writing on the paper that I didn't write. I was hearing that word while in this trance like state. I'm not sure how I did it but it has happened to me a few times already. The last time it's happened was 2 months ago

Beauty beyond imagination. Things you have never seen here and the colors are alive. They are here too but, it’s like you can see their life there. Your true abilities are at full there too, and sometimes you might run into beings of other kinds as well. The greatest piece of advice I can give is that you need to realize you are God and in full control of your soul.
