Sir,You also have to subtract the clear cover from the total length (ie. 1700-100-100-12-12-50mm)

In your another video you said for G+1 building Column Size 9X12 with 6no steel of 12mm.... Now you are telling 4 steel of 16mm and 2 steel of 12mm... Which one is correct for G+1 building?
