Really. You learnt backflip? Pleaee tell me how much time did it take. I am afraid of doing this or can say i everytime do it and fall on the ground whenever i try.

Try doin it off a trampoline and onto the ground. Then when your confidence improves do it from the ground and onto the trampoline. This should prepare you for a backflip. And the trampoline in question is one of those ones that are low, you get those at trampoline parks
