This is the Rockstar 4.0 Medium plastic standard. I'm only 5'4", 145 lbs. This boat is definitely more work to throw around in the flatwater than the 2016 was, but the pay-off is much bigger air, more retentive on waves and holes, much more leg-room, and faster on the wave. Hope that helps!

Thank you for answering. Wow, mad skills! But then again I understand you are a multiple national champion. I am about 5 feet 9 inches and about 150 pounds in a 2012 plastic JK Rockstar Medium. I just started last september 2017 and I can do flatwater loops, stern stall and "the Woody", but thats about it... I need to push off of objects to do flatwater loops since I have been struggling with not being able to master the bow stall. So much in fact that some hours before I saw your reply I put down an order for a plastic 2016 JK Rockstar Small after trying it out. I guess I wrongly blamed my lack of skills on a too big boat - and your information tells me it should be way possible for me with my weight and height. I like flatwater freestyle and hope after I can nail it with the Small i can transition it to the Medium and take the bowstalls into cartwheels and other cool stuff. I think this video series is going to be my pool routine forward. Too bad it only contained four flatwater routines ;-). Great training tips and something to strive and stretch for. Hi @@BoyJeenyus1 ! An update and feedback to you from someone who really followed your four tutorials. I am sure applying these drills in the poolsessions now this winter made ALL the difference for me. I now FINALLY broke the doublepump code into bowstall. And it also helped break the stern stall into bowstall into front loop combo. Is that called lunar orbit or something? Really love seeing your dynamic and flowing cartwheels. Like you say in your videos, using some time every session frustrating around the lean clean is REALLY worth its weight in gold and bossing my ends around helps ALL other moves! I am not able to do these cartwheels fluently in flatwater. I end up doing static bowstall - stern stall - bowstall - pausing and balancing for a long time and then repeat. I also have seen only 4-5 videos of "The Party Trick" - going dynamic and fluently from upside down to bowstall - and been struggling with that too. You have a really quality easy way of explaining things that seem complicated. Would it be possible for you to make a video of flatwater cartwheeling and "the party trick" in the style you made this video series. In any case; thanks a bunch for these already produced videos. They were awesome and helped me break through some personal barriers and establish a good learning routine in practice! Kudos!
