I went from 20 to 826 (alternating feet) keepy ups in a year and a half. I can confidently say that doing that has drastically improved my overall skill with the ball!
@vikt
@vikt 5 жыл бұрын
I improved because i juggled 1000(sometimes 2000) times a day, for example if i lose control of the ball at 20 i start again counting from 21 and so on... I did this for a month and it really helped me. The first time i tried it i finished in 30+ minutes, as i got better my time decreased to 9 minutes!

Don't know if you're still at this but just some advice to help with isolation on a single foot. Your plant leg is too stiff. Rather than just kicking with your weak foot try bouncing with the plant leg and use that soft touch you learned when alternating feet for a nice controlled back spin where you're basically just bouncing in place with the plant leg

When I was a kid my friends and I used to compete with each other doing this. Each of us would do 2 keepy ups then 3 then 4 and so on and if you failed on your one try you were out. It was fun for a while until it got boring because we got too good. I think the most I ever did was around 500 and it's just boring to count.

I like the effort! Where I'm from we call it "soccer" and we call keepy ups "juggling." That being said, I would always recommend playing in soccer cleats or turf shoes for better ball touch and ground grip. Ditch the headphones and hat so that you have fewer distractions and the ability to use your head. The goal is to get into a rhythm of right-left-right-left using soft, repetitive touches so the ball stays in a predictable orbit and you eliminate unnecessary ground movement and energy. It may also be easier to start with the thighs because it's a bigger surface area to provide more control and rhythm (like marching in place) than the feet. Any time you can practice with a friend and challenge each other is great too, that way you get a breather in between attempts.

Thats pretty good, i have a tip for you, Try to do 1000 juggles per day, or if it is tough for you then try 500 juggles, I gurantee you that, you will see a lot improvement in your juggling, And what you have to do is start juggling then count number of juggles while juggling ball, if it falls, then count again and add, and repeat this process untill you get to 1000 0r 500 juggles atleast, i promise bro this will help you so much@@tayo8726
