Hi Giggy Bee! It is on Printable Calendared Vinyl. It has air release to help with bubbling

Hey great video thanks for all the infor but I use a 24inch eco solvent printer do you have the exact name to the self adhesive viynl I would like to find it in 24iches wide

Thank you Tierra! I used HP Prime Matte Air GP, but I don't think it comes in 24" rolls. My printer is a 54". I hope this helps

Hi Lauren. Thanks fo watching! I am mounting vinyl on coroplast. You can get it at craft stores or at a plastic fabricator.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. I have the 24” squeegee. I have the metal one. It does tend to get heavy when doing a bunch of signs though.

Thanks for the video. Can you tell me exactly what I need to print and cut on vinyl? Printer? Ink? Vinyl type?

Hi Julian, You will need an ecosolvent printer like a Roland VersaCamm printer. Technically you can use any printer that will allow you to print large enough and allow it to stand up to the elements. You would need ecosolvent ink or water resistant ink. You will need a calendared printable vinyl. I use an air release version from HP so the bubbles are easy to get out. I hope this helps. If you don't have a printer like this we sell the stickers pre printed and then you would mount and cut yourself. hey I just purchased my us cutter an I wanted to start thr yard sign business in Memphis Tennessee please help me idk what else I need an how to create the signs....my questions are how to cut the plastic sign into the letter ...how do you get the color on the plastic board

So sorry Shanikia. In this video I walk you through how to do it step by step. You will use a heat knife or box cutter to cut letters and you will use a squeegee to adhere letters to plastic. I hope the video helps.

Hello Shederrell, I am using Corel Draw in this tutorial. I recommend(if it is in your budget) the cloud subscription since you will always have the latest version. I also use Illustrator to design, but I didn't show that in this video.

Can this be done on a regular inkjet? What brand vinyl do you suggest ?

Hi, No, I wouldn't advise doing this on an inkjet printer, unless you are not going to use it outside. The vinyl is HP Prime Matte Air. It is awesome, but needs to go through a Eco Solvent printer

Hello Jennifer, the tool is called Big Squeegee. www.bigsqueegee.com/order.html. Here is where to find it. I have both the metal and the plastic one. I like the plastic one better as it is lighter and easier for me to handle. You want one that is wider than the stickers you are laying down. I hope this helps!

Hi Maricela! Yes, you can use CorelDraw. You just need to export them in the format for your cutter.

Nora Coronado Hello. I buy them from my local plastics fabricator. You can also find them at some specialty art supply stores. Basically anyone who sells corollary should sell the stakes.

Hi! How can I format png to be ready to cut? I’m wanting to prepare the pngs in illustrator but unsure how to size on the sheet for printing. As I may be able to send to a printer to cut but do not know how to format. Thanks in advance
