WOW!!!, Do you believe in Divine Appointments?!! This is definitely one. I began watching you while at work. ( really slow time) I had returned to work after a 4 month leave of absence. My mother was the main reason I was out but during that time, my bestie (daughter, Ann-Marie) passed very unexpectedly. Her heart stopped. She was 42. Our bond is very tight. This passed week, she has been hitting my heart hard. Going back to work was so I could get away from the pain for a bit. But being as slow as we are, I found you. Only to wish I could be home painting with you. Guess what!!? We started lay offs...lol!! So now I'm home for a bit. God is so GOOD!! I dont fuss over lay off's. I knew this was my Father Blessing me with some time. He has already opened the next door so I dont fret it. This, and YOU are His gift to me......Thank you for sharing yourself.

I haven't painted in years. I been finding comfort painting after decades. I normally paint native formline. I was requested to paint flowers. So I'm being challenged... which is acceptable. I been having fun practicing these techniques. Love your work.

Thank you, thank you and thank you for this Leaf Study. I have just begun to paint rocks, and find myself creating little masterpieces. I know very little about painting in general, and am clueless on the how to. Had to make leaves recently and had no idea how to blend colors or how to just make the leaf. I am so sorry about your daughter, may God bless you. I lost my 15 year old son, 3 in a half years latter my 21 year old. both were in car accidents. My first was hit by a car, the driver said he had diner drinks. No testing was done. Three and a half years latter my middle child 21 was home from college for the summer. He was a passenger in a car. The driver lost control and my son was killed. I do have one son the eldest 47. He lives out of state. His wife hates me. So I don't see him often. She thinks my son loves me more, I never did any thing to hurt her! I'm LOST! My son raised her 2 girls 21 and 18. He finally had my first grandchild, a girl March 2019 and a boy January 2022. I don't even know him. I'm sad most of the time. Any parent that loses a child, I think we have some thing to learn. I'm happy you have all those grandchildren. I have been trying to follow your painting for 8 years. Some are good, I need to get back it is so relaxing. Thanks you, Donna

Donna I'm trying so hard. I've been watching your videos for a month and I bought the paint and the floating medium and I still can't do your leaves or flowers. I just can not figure out what I'm doing wrong . even if I practice with one cold still can't make the leaves.😥
