The key to Segovia’s sound was his finger wiggles on the strings. That is his biggest tone control secret, he used it all the time and it is that finger pressure with the right amount of wiggle that softens the notes without playing slower on the right hand.

Elite guitarist where is the second and third part of this tutorial?

At 17:05 rather than play thirds why not follow the descending harmony from B minor to open A bass to Gmajor and then to Eminor. Thirds are nice but seems to interrupt the harmonic flow. Just wondering?
