I love this. You come down my street because I bought a sewing machine at the first of the year and nothing else. I am scared I might brake it but I have such a desire to learn.

Hello Anita, I am not exactly a new beginner, but I haven’t sewn regularly since the mid eighties, until now. What I need is occasional advice when working on a project. I am willing to pay for the advice. Is this something you are willing to do. I am starting on a Vogue pattern V1254 and the very first instruction makes no sense to me. If you happen to be familiar with this pattern, I would love your help on instruction # 3 and 4. Odd request I know, but I don’t want to ruin my fabric.

I don't use patterns in my Online Sewing Course for beginners. We design our basic patterns using our body measurements.

What type of garments will I be learning to sew...just one a shirt? I'm very good with a sewing machine bcuz I make handbags, is this only for beginners at a sewing machine? Do I need another type of sewing machine also... like a serger or cover machine? How long is the course? Thank you

Hi there! This course is for those who want to learn how to sew garments. There are students in the course who already know how to use a sewing machine. You only need a basic sewing machine.
