This is great! I've wanted to take lessons for years however all the local class cater to children. Being quite a bit older I was unable to find a class and just gave up. This video is just what I needed to work on the elementary skills. Thank You

Suggestions from a very very basic beginner, your first direction was heel to toe. I had to rewind it five times to figure out which heel went to which toe.
