It is the first vault we trained a few months ago and it is amazing how easy and versatile it is. We train all by ourselves with a group of friends and it was important to choose things that would yield results relatively quick to keep motivated. Worked great. Thanks Tapps!

I love your training methods I've done them but its taking me longer than I thought in getting the crawling down to where I can also do the crab walk, also I'm getting to where Im not as motivated because of school starting, what would be the best thing to do? Should I have a friend practice with me as well to get into that motivation and what if your friend has never trained in anyway that I know of and can come close as to preforming the things you do easier

I got this in 5 minutes and 1 second. What ya gonna do now punks? over the line!..... Jk. love you guys. Thanks for making things better for us with your vids. Also, good to know what to do to increase my parkour. I already did a safety vault without a ton of training, but one a while I hit my knee. Meaning, I should've trained my body more before performing parkour. I'm glad you made this vid and will get to training. thanks.

I have some advice! If you don't have a place to train, go online and try to buy some equipment! And if you can, try to order some wood, stack it together with nails, and pipes so it's sturdy, and you can practice your wall run, vaults, muscle up, and top out! Hope this works!

Depends how high you can vault - try starting by directly safety vaulting it (jumping up to get foot and hand placed on top), then gradually reduce the amount of contact you make with the foot until you're speed vaulting :)
