Welcome to this English vocabulary lesson about the bathroom! In this lesson I'll help you learn over 45 words that we use in English to talk about the bathroom. In Canada people have one, two or even more bathrooms in their houses and there is a lot of English vocabulary to learn.
In this English lesson you'll learn English words like plunger, toilet bowl, toilet bowl cleaner, shower curtain and more!
I'll make sure to not only help you learn vocabulary, but also the phrases that we use in English when we talk about bathrooms!
I hope you enjoy this English lesson!
✅ The full English lesson on about the kitchen can be found right here: • Let's Learn English! T...
✅ The slides to go with this lesson can be found right here: docs.google.com/document/d/1j...
⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

When you are a non-native English speaker that moved to a foreign country with English language skills for work or study, at some point you realized that this kind of vocabulary (home, bathroom, etc) is missing for you, so for me this is an amazing and useful English lesson. (Loved the Kitchen Lesson as well)

Hello Teacher Bob from Kazakhztan, thank you ever so much for this lesson about the bathroom. I find it very useful for everyday life. As you talked on the toothpaste, when I use toothbrush I normally first wash it with some water to make it wet and soft and then put some paste.

Someone asked me about where is the bathroom. It is very hard to explain them. And i was directing them with simple sentences. For example : straight from here, turn left up ahead, you can see the escalator, go down. The bathroom beside adidas store. At the second floor. Is that correct grammar ?

It"s very weird to have toilet in the bathroom. In France, generally, we have 2 different rooms, one with toilet and other one with shower or tub

I noticed in films about America that one room is a common option even for rich people. In Russia there are apartments with a combined bathroom and toilet, they do this to save space, but this is considered as an inconvenience and such apartments are not in great demand.
