Around 6:05 6:07 minutes we see a sign for a roundabout, there are no blue signs showing us thats a mini roundabout, does this mean there should have been a signal to leave the roundabout ?

Hi. That's very good question. Firstly, it's not a mini roundabout. But some roundabouts are so small ( like the one in this example ) that it doesn't make sense to signal left to come out because by the time you signal left, you're already off the roundabout. Try not to think of signals as a simple rule that you have to follow, think more like..."Will this signal benefit others around me?" and "How will others around me interpret this signal?" If you think of signals that way, you will usually get it right. I hope that makes sense.
