Reminds me of the time I went for basic diving classes... staring at the water from 3 meters up, expecting to do a front fall (no fancy movements, jut come out alive) in a long pencil shape into water 😄

In my opinion I would say no you're not too old to start swimming. I am 15 also and planning on doing the same thing for my school. It just takes a lot of motivation and dedication

Thanks for this. How do I adjust these movements to have a less vertical dive? I wanna dive forwards basically. Do I push off with my curled foot, as I'm tipping?

Make sure you’re pushing off equally with both feet and try to jump out towards the flags. If you’re just pushing with one foot and jumping too high, you’ll just come crashing back down. I just finished a championship meet and it was my last meet with my lzr racer x, it is stretched out and see through now so I need a new one, would you recommend the lzr again or should I get something different? I’ve also had the arena suit with the bubbles on it, the one that’s like $100

My lzr ripped on the sides after wearing it for only three or four championships so I wouldn't recommend getting it again. My favorite kneeskin so far is the Engine WingSkin C6 suit for about $400 (cheaper than the lzr). I've been trying out the Dolfin kneeskin this year and I still prefer the Engine one (even though the dolfin one is good as well).
