timing = 0:19. 'so we speak a little slower and we use words and phrases, especially written for people learning English.' I'm intermediate English Learner. I don't need such disclaimer/notification/excuse. We can adjust the speed rate along with our ability by the gear mark description box. These caption/narration would reduce not only our motivation for learning but also your skill of speaking fast. If you would feel some need, please add note/proviso for speed rate option. Your normal speed speaking would be our target of learning/hearing. Target should be always clear/obvious.
