Ich habe nie das Wort, "Apfelsine," gehört. Sagen die Deutschen Apfelsine anstatt Orange? Oder sagen sie beide?

Man kann beide Wörter verwenden. Im Norden sagt man eher Apfelsine, im Süden eher Orange. Aber alle verstehen beide Wörter.

Beatriz Cazorla No. A Tangerine is a german "Mandarine". The german "Apfelsine" is the same as german "Orange".

Ich habe eine sehr Interessante Seit gefunden, die der Gebrauch der Wörter in der verschiedenen Orte Deutschlands zeigt. www.atlas-alltagssprache.de/runde-2/f07a-b/ Da kann kann man unter anderer Dinge sehen, wo man Apfelsine oder Orange sagt. Guck mal.

Ist Carina 6ft+ gross? And are the fruits like the lemon, birne quite a lot bigger or are things just appearing bigger on camera? Lemons and birne are much smaller where I live

Ich habe nie eine Birne geschält. I esse Birnen gesamte Birne. In Deutschland ist es üblich, Birnen zu schälen?

Wagemutig ist gleichbedeutend mit dreist , glaube ich . Wie dem auch sei ist es immer eine Freude , euch zu sehen und vor allem euch zu verstehen. Natürlich ist es nicht einfach aber ich lasse mich ein Jahr um richtig verstehen . Das ist meine Herausforderung

German or English? Short or long answer? In short: Reflexive verbs are used with reflexive pronouns. These pronouns refer back to the subject. That means the subject and direct object are the same person or thing that is spoken of. In other words, instead of using more words to say, that the subject and the direct object is the same thing or person, we simply use these pronouns. German uses a lot of reflexive construction and some verbs are used mostly or only as reflexive verbs. In kurz: Reflexive Verben werden mit Reflexivpronomen benutzt. Diese Pronomen beziehen sich auf das Subjekt. Das bedeutet, dass Subjekt und direktes Objekt dieselbe Sache oder Person ist, über die gesprochen wird. Oder anders: Anstatt viele Worte zu finden, um zu sagen, dass Subjekt und direktes Objekt identisch sind, benutzen wir Reflexivpronomen. Die Deutschen benutzen reflexive Konstruktionen sehr oft und manche Verben kann man nur mit Reflexivpronomen verwenden.

Also wenn man schon das antiquierte Wort „Apfelsine“ benutzt, sollte man konsequenterweise auch „Pampelmuse“, statt Grapefruit sagen. 😉

Hey, thank you for the videos. They are all great. I have a question about one of the snetences in this video though @easygerman : ın the vıdeo ıt says “ deshalb muss janusz die apfelsinen für sie schalen” but ı thought that für+dativ case would be used there and then it would be “für ihr” . What do you think? Do ı get the dativ case wrong? Thank you
