It took me so long to learn it too! Probably longer than 4 years, and then in February this year, using 2 fingers (one from each hand), I heard a whistle. And continuing 2 months on I think, that’s where I finally mastered it.

It's so strange that I have learned to whistle loud and annoy anyone with 4 fingers, but not two. It should be the same technique, but I am still difficulties with two hands. LOL
