This is a really interesting topic. What you said about getting to know ourselves, are you kind of saying that if we know ourselves well then we'll have the self confidence to change careers even later in life, because its usually lack of confidence that holds us back?

If we know ourselves, we will know how to apply ourselves best - which is what a career is. So my message is about confidence, but also the competence to do your next job well
