It has been around 2 Years all IT employers are working from home and all are habituated to do work from jobs. Now all Major IT firms calling their employees to return to office. Now the question is how many software employees are willing to do work from office and how many IT employees are willing to do hybrid model work and how many employees want work from office.

I work in HYD IT company & m from North(J&k),I think Hybrid model will be same as WFO for the People from north as they have to be Out of Home only. I think IT companies Should Call Employees for 3 months WFO & next 2 months WFH & repeat this . This can make g00d Work Life Balance, employee can enj0y working both ways at Home & at Office.
