We have talked about what are the different conditions of supernormal profit, Normal Profit and losses conditions and why firm in perfect competition do not stop the production in case of losses. we talk about what is the supply curve of perfect competition and why MC curve is the supply curve of PErfect Competition.

When a company is earning supernormal profit that means its price or Ar is greater than it AC that's y the price line is above. While in case of normal profit firm's price is just to cover AC only that's why AC curve is touching price line.
