Fun fact: The saw/file attachment also takes standard jigsaw blades. So you can go to Home Depot and get normal jigsaw blades (make sure it's the type that looks like the shank on the saw, there are blades that don't have that shoulder!) and it will fit and work just fine.

Nice! it is normal for the scissors handle to play? it is good if the handle has left and right play when it is new and if it opens very easily? Thanks

Apparently the Molly holder doesn't have a holder for the Bit Driver like the Nylon holder does. I was able to get the Bit Driver and the file slide in behind the Surge in the Molly holder. I was able to determine how to get the Surge to close, it's a bit stiff out of the box.

Thank you for your video, it's way better than the guide that comes w/ the Surge. I watched quite a few videos before making up my mind about getting the Surge over other multi-tools and this one feels very solid. I can tell it's going to need to be used for awhile before it's broken in and isn't quite so stiff in terms of closing it once the pliers are extended out.

I love leatherman, but on the charge, wave, and surge 95% of the time they put that slight curve in the blade. It's from the edge grinding. It's not supposed to be a recurve.

much better the stainless one, the black oxide is brittle, i've been used leatherman for 20 years, i try to used the surge black oxide but much better the white or the stainless.

@@ToolsElectroDIY it somewhat turned out in my favor . Amazon essentially gave me over 500 buckOrEEwZzz over this. I have 3 black surges now since those disgraceful pcs of sht made me waste my time going to ups endlessly to drop off open used ass packages. I cleaned 1 up. It looks really close to new. It'll have to do till I finally get a new 1. Then ill swap the new 1 out for 1 of these bullsht 1s I got to keep. That way I WIN in the end and profit from it as well. There is no exception for fkn leatherman ANYTHING with the title "BRAND NEW" ARRIVING WITH A FKN BROKEN SEAL. PERIOD. count urself lucky my friend . I've been unlucky as shit lately an I dont know Y . Is what it is I suppose
