There are sellers on Ebay trying to take advantage asking a lot of money for these Adapters so, don't get confused!..😕?? The first original version of these tools #0598 with the bumps and bent tab (see 9:15) cost about $40/$45 because it "only" fit the Super Tool and PST group multi-tools. The second "Universal" version, the one with no bumps, no tab #0602, cost about $80 or maybe more because it was made to fit newer multi-tools like the Wave, Charge, Surge, Rebar and several other models.

Mine came in a leather pouch. It has no stamped model number either. Must have had it since the early 90s I guess.

After reading through the comments, I am still unsure if V2 of these adapters will fit the Sidekick/Wingman? What about possible cutting the tabs of V1 to fit a Sidekick? That doesn't even look like a Leatherman product.. for one.. 2 that thing looks like it'll bend or snap easier than the actual driver.
