People have been leaving pakistan for 50+ years now. My father left in 60s and I left for good in 80s. Since then we have sent back a lot of money in different forms. The same is true for expats from India, Bangladesh and many other countries with large population and all of this is a natural cycle and it is a good thing.

I live in the USA. We have all these taxes. Some states have less property tax than the others but they all have property tax. There are income tax by the federal government plus the state (majority of the states). If you are late in paying taxes, you have to pay a penalty plus interest on the money you owed. Corporate tax is very high. There are deductions as well though just like in Pakistan.

But in the USA govt gives free education till high school and other benefits to the people for paying these taxes. In Pakistan, people has to pay for every thing by themselves. Even people make streets roads with their own funds.

They pay taxes to devop country and nation. Whereas in Pakistan we pay taxes which are stolen by establiment, govt authority officers. We remain in poverty and they get 80~90 % of our income in different taxes and make their properties and enjoy ruling us.
