When Nigerians are struggling behind the scene nobody sees the pain and suffering they have committed, but when they blow people want to do the same thing they are doing, but they don't want to accept the fact all these things take time. There was a time when Don Jazzy was both DJ and a musician struggling to sometimes perform on a stage. The most thing an established artist can do for another upcoming artist is to bring him or her into the limelight. After that, everything lies on the upcoming artist to keep pushing till the market accepts him or her. No Big artist is going to put their career on hold to make sure a new artist is getting all the attention they deserve. That's just how the industry works.

Honestly, it's about time Sarkodie started to promote younger ones. He's rich enough. Olamide is an Artiste & he's made Superstars like Adekunle Gold, Fireboy, Asake, Lil Kesh, Lita,... Olamide for your information used his resources on all of them before signing the deal without external funds. He's too rich. He has made the most hits in Africa in the last 10years. Davido on the other hand did it with Mayorkun & Peruzzi. But one thing I agree with is, Sarkodie knows his strengths, he might not be gifted in managing another, so, it's unnecessary to try. Nobody should compare Sarkodie with Don Jazzy, Don Jazzy has the biggest influence in music from Africa & is known anywhere musically around the world. Even Sarkodie needs Don Jazzy (no disrespect intended). Sarkodie is the best Rapper in Africa.
