Stunning, are this neocolor similiar to watercolor pencils?

neocolor looks like crayola... but better quality of course, highly pigmented, water soluable and lightfast. you can do it with watercolor pencils, but they are less intense.

It looks like you are using a brush in some instances - are you using an odorless mineral spirits to dissolve the coloured pencil? Thanks!

No, I’ve used it on the base of neocolor 2- watersoluable 😀 medium. But oms on top with the cp’s would be a possibility too!
