after some time in east perth, what would be your thought of recommending it to new immigrant? is it safe and a good place to live when u are new to the city and Aus? any downside that u found there? pls pls..

I would definitely recommend it! It’s very central and close to all transport links to other places so especially when you first arrive and don’t have a car it’s great. We loved having the opportunity to try the ‘city life’ thing with a city apartment with beautiful views etc, before moving to a more residential area. Only downside I would say is that there’s not many good nearby cafes/restaurants so we’d often travel out of east Perth for weekends and meals out. There’s also a high level of homelessness in Perth in general and due to the distance from the city there’s a lot of homeless people in east Perth, which as a young(ish!) female was often intimidating when walking home alone at night etc.

@@CatLScully thak u Cat..i was in Perth CBD in April this year. And i totally agree with u on the number of homelessness i found in the city..which is surprise me!! Btw..thanks again for ur vdo and look forward for more life in perth vdo since me and my wife plan of immigrate there next year!!

I use to work on 140 Adelaide Terrace for 6yrs. It's pretty safe. Not much happens in Perth. The homeless people are harmless however, they have standards. Don't give them leftovers food otherwise you'll get an earful. They think you are treating them like dogs giving them what you don't want. If you leave them alone they leave you alone. The Units can be small and you do pay more for the convenience. The other alternative is to stay in Airbnbs while you search for a place you like.

I am always saddened to see young people getting sick and ill I also suffered these ails until I discovered what real food is Pathogens feast off highly processed products, they are not food An example of a highly processed product is white flour and sugar, you cannot find these products anywhere in the Universe, they are man made. Eat the whole grain as nature grew it. Avoid anything that is ''white'' Real salt is never white, processed is. Add citrus to your daily routine not sweet fruits. Fruits are treats only. Eat the whole veg, don't juice them, juicing adds a massive carbs load to your liver, think booze, exactly the same thing. To the liver a food carb is identical to a booze carb!! Add iodine, selenium and Mg to your diet. Ditch cakes, sweets and sugar (see Robert Lustig for why , just YT him) I wish you guys years of ill free living. The above tips will feed your biome. A well fed biome will keep you 100% well for life.
