Despite having witnessed numerous conflicts, Lebanon has always risen again with pride, and Beirut is the most striking example of this. Night and day, the capital is bursting with the activity of stores and businesses, of religious events, and of festivities.

My Sity use to talk about how beautiful Lebanon was. She said you were Sandwich between the ocean and the mountains and it was always beautiful there until the war long ago my grandfather was from Beirut,. Wonderful video. I have always had an interest in the Middle East. Chicago has a large Lebanese- American population. Many entertainers are of Lebanese descent, namely Jamie Farr, Danny Thomas, Kathy Najimy, etc.

Very rich in history and information, positively focusing on the rich colorful culture and the beauty of the country… ❤ Beirut downtown was elected as the most beautiful downtown in the world in 2008 surpassing all major metropolitan cities, a New York Times article back in 2009 put Beirut as number one places to visit.

It was. Under the Lebanese Christians. The Muslim government, followed by the terrorist Hizballa, destroyed the country by too much time snd resources wasted on fighting Israel. While Israel continues to flourish and succeed, the Arab countries continue to decline.

@Arif He could have called ten thousand angels, but because of the love that God had for his creation, he willing chose the suffering, humiliation, shame and death for to save humanity and redeem them back to the Father. So that’s real LOVE, humanity does not have that love for each other, except God lives in such a one. He came into the world for to die a horrible death, for the sins of mankind, even for your sins even though we don’t deserve it. My advice is to seek Jesus and ask him forgiveness for your sin. Acts2 verse 38. Take the free gift of salvation because you will be judged by God on judgement day wether you believe or not. There’s no escape for no one,not even you, regardless of you belief. You shall stand before your Creator Jesus Christ, he will judge you.

The majority of Lebanese vote for their Zaim who in fact is a Mafia boss who devours their future along with his fellow Zooama. There is no loyalty to the State, it’s to Iran, Saudi Arabia, France etc not to Lebanon. War, Terrorism and corruption is the business in Lebanon and that is the fault of the people. Even now after the Lebanese people have been robbed, had half of Beirut destroyed, hundreds killed and thousands injured and destitute the people voted for the murdering thieves. The worst is still to come I’m afraid.
