So actually we’re descendants of the phoenicians. And also statistics say that later on there will be more muslims than christians in lebanon. plus we have a lot and I say a LOT of political issues and the country is not super safe. You could actually be surprised of things that happen around here. i know im giving a bad image of my country but thats the truth and so I hope things could get better in the future ( Im only 13 tho so...) but anyways we have some really good things in our country and thats what we should focus on. Maybe my comment has nothing to do with yours but I just felt like saying this :)

It's safer than the U.S, believe it or not.

But I only left hoping to come back and create opportunities and help develop my country, and so did millions of Lebanese expatriates all over the world. The Lebanese economy is largely dependent on the huge influx of money coming from Lebanese expatriates. Lebanese people love their country no matter what. This is true love.
