Sir can the value of rigidity modulus be of the order 10^14? Will it be correct?

No it's quite large..order should be 10^ 11..

Sir I have measure R by thread then what will be its error

Ultimately if you have measured the length of the required part of the thread with a metre scale, so then, ∆R=2×0.1cm=0.2cm [as least count of metre scale is 0.1cm]
