I made two 4" thick journals (based on their interests, non vintage) for my 13 and 16 year old granddaughters for Christmas and they were amazed! It was a great feeling to see how much they loved them. Grandmas rock!!

A shortcut idea for you - (saw this on another channel) - put your glue bottle upside down (with lid on of course) in an old coffee cup - so glue is always at the tip and no waiting for glue to make it’s way down!!

This is so cool! I really love the look of this and I'll bet it feels nice too. 🥰 I also am very envious about those two old books you showed. I love books and those are gorgeous. But anyway... your Flip-It Book is a really cool idea and now I want to make one too. Only I'll make the cover because... me and books. 🤨 Never mind. We won't talk about that. But Patricia... I have so many books I want to make like I've watched you make. How am I supposed to choose which one to start with? I can't start with them all. That would be a big foolish mess if I did. A really big one. So... now I have to decide. It's a good thing that I'm old and stay home all the time. I have time to think about this. But I need to get to making something because some kind of book needs to be made three times so I can give them to my best friend plus my sister and brother for Christmas. And it's hard enough figuring out what to give them. At least I know what my sister and my best friend like. I can figure out a theme. My brother? Not so much. I know things he USED to like. But he got old and changed his mind. It's not easy living far away and not knowing things... you know? Never mind. Maybe something will come into my head as I make a book for someone else. But first... figure out which book to make. Of course, I'm going to make it even harder. You know that, right? Oh yes. I'm going to go watch more of your videos. And then... harder.
