Cut 2 chicken fillets into 3 pieces
Salt, black pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, red pepper.
1 tomato
onion
parsley
dill
2 boiled eggs
150 g cheese
2 cloves of garlic
A pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C.

Можно! А можно просто, пальчиком нажать на три вертикальные точки в правом верхнем углу экрана, найти "play back speed" или на русском "воспроизведение скорости" и переключайте в какую хотите сторону, медленнее, быстрее, кому как нравится и вам хорошо, и хозяйку канала напрягать не будете! Все мы чему-то учимся! Мне когда-то объяснили, вот и я делюсь. Когда у меня нет времени, а нужно весь процесс посмотреть, просто убыстряю видео. Всем крепкого здоровья, стальных нервов, неиссякаемого терпения, доброго юмора, душевной теплоты и просто отличного настроения!😀

I became a big fan of your food ideas! So far, I've made this, the chicken wings with potatoes and yesterday I made the chicken filets with corn flour and fettucini! Not only does it make me happy, because I've been fighting severe depression and mental illness for the past years and if I can do something that I enjoy and makes me happy (such as delicious food) AND others happy (my parents eat from it as well!) , then it gives me a lot of inner peace, courage, hope and energy. Everthing is so simple, yet so delicious, which is perfect for me because I'm not a kitchen princess but making things like this I can do very well and it always puts a smile on my parents' faces because they are happy that I'm keeping myself busy AND as a bonus, their tummies feel happy as well! ;) I'm so happy I can mean something to my parents and that I can surprise them with so much special and delicious things they like to eat as well! For Easter I want to surprise them with the soup I saw you made, with the big peace of meat, vegetables and potatoes in, and for breakfast I want to to make the breads filled with the eggs, ham and cheese! They will be so happy (and me as wel) , I can't wait ! Thank you SO much for being a part through my inner fight towards getting better in life and within myself. It means a lot to me! Лайфхак от меня!!!Очень удобно сначала все специи смешать(соль, перцы, сухие травы, я ещё добавляю чесночный порошок)-а потом этой смесью посыпать отбитое филе!! Очень удобно и получается равномерно! Остатки можно хранить! Я специально готовлю такую смесь впрок!!!🤗

Это вам куриная грудка, а не кусок свинины, она готовится считаные минуты

@@user-jj1gk7mn5k На сковороде да, а в духовке нет. Это если духовка конвекторная, может быть, а в обычной нужно 30-35 минут. У меня обычная и за 30-35 минут получилось отлично. Делала уже два раза.

Alguém comentou que deu certo o tempo. Eu, particularmente prefiro passar os filés de frango na frigideira com um pouquinho de azeite de oliva e após levar ao forno com os demais ingredientes. Coisa de mineiro! 😊😉
