At age 66 all I can say is " no shit"!

When I was a teenager I thought this was just an OK song now that I’m in adult in the last years of my life now it’s almost as if it’s prophecy. The greatest joy in life is to see that magical belief of children and see how they truly believe that everything is so beautiful. Any human that steals that from children is the lowest of the low.

This song it was decades ahead of it's time

As an adult, a person often forgets the emotions they had as children. The memories of childhood get corrupted over time. Some moments stick out while others fade away forever. This song has a way of forcing you to recognize and think about how much a person and perceptions change over the years.

As a child, I loved the idea of the song.

This song has very sentimental value for me. 1972 my brother and my sister used to listen to this almost every day while my brother took us to school. Had the best memories with my siblings. My brother suddenly passed away in 2013 😢 these songs have special meaning for me.

Love this song. Also, In 1979, Paul McCartney was asked to name his favourite song of the year and he chose this ❤

Never understood this until now.

This song makes all of us think for ourselves, for what we have been before, for what we are now.

This song simply doesn't age. In fact it seems even more relevant now than it did in '79 (of course, I'm significantly older now)
