On what basis do we decide the values of weights to be assigned to the static data available.? I mean how did you take 0.5,0.3 and 0.2? please explain sir. Thank you!

Value of W are taken randomly but keeping in mind that the value of W which is assigned to recent data should be high and sum of all W should be equal to 1
