At 30:45, Professor is saying that "Chinese were able to do this by utilizing the large reserves of currency". But Chinese Central Bank is only buying USD by releasing Yuan to maintain the exchange rate, where is the question of Chinese using the foreign reserves to maintain the exchange rate?
