Hi Enyh. Thanks so much for your kind words and support of the channel - very much appreciated! And, great insightful thinking! You're correct. These values do change depending on experimental conditions. In a previous lecture, I spend some time defining the idea of standard conditions for experimental analyses (typically referred to as "zero prime" for biochemical applications). All enzyme values are measured and reported under standard biochemical conditions so that they're comparable between labs and experiments and so there is no ambiguity. This is why covering standard conditions at the beginning of this unit was so important. Great point!
