I have this same floor it's hooked up right it has power going to it but it's not coming on I don't know what settings I supposed to have it on it says playing but it's not

Hi. I'm having problems. Once I compile the bin file (with LED Player) I plug it into my K-SY-408W controller but it just ignores it. I need to generate several MODEs with one single color and bright each (MODE03:RED, MODE04:BLUE, MODE05: YELLOW, etc). Can you help me? Thanks.

Hello, the controller just provides pattern effect demonstration function for LEDs, we have special power supply for LEDs, generally there are 400w and 1000w, 400w can supply power for 10 pieces of 12v LEDs.

Like the style of LEDs in the video, one controller can control 200 pieces.If it is a pixel digital style LEDs, the denser the pixels of a single LEDs, the fewer the number of LEDs controlled by a single controller.
