I have same unit, and am having exactly the same problem. Either of my two units work fine by themselves over DMX. But, as soon as I daisy-chain the next one, neither will work. At first, I assumed that I was just not understanding the very poorly designed instructions. Someone mentioned that it is not able to work with cords beyond a couple of meters. In my case, I had two 3ft true DMX impedance, XLR cabled. I should also mention that the actual wattage is around half of the advertised wattage.

I took apart one of these things and they do not have any differential (RS485) receiving circuitry. They won't work with any DMX cable longer than a couple of metres.

How do you set up the master / slave without using a DMX controller?

There should be push buttons on the back, change the mode till the screen says NAST (stands for master) other says Slav (Stands for slave) (Make sure you use slave 1 if its an option between 1 and 2) connect them with a DMX cable (NOT AN AUX CABLE!) and you should be good.

My advice is that to ask the credit card company to stop the payment of your light. It seems that the circuit of the first LED light has a problem. Maybe you can fix the problem temporarily with the help of other videos uploaded by some other people who have the same kind of problem. Anyway chinese LED lights of this cheap price should be regarded as just a toy, not a stage light for professional use. Sorry.

Obey 10, allows for control of up to 12 fixtures at 16 channels each. you need to set the first light as 1 then 17, 33, 49 and so they are 16 channels apart for each light up to 12 lights
