@@eatthisvr6 Zeppelin's been my favorite band for over half a century, so don't try to trump me with your so-called Zeppelin knowledge. I reiterate, you have no idea whether he practiced that, or any other live solo, before the show. Did he follow what he'd prepared strictly chord for chord?? Not necessarily. But you cannot state that he didn't prepare what he was going to play, because you simply have no effin' clue.

@@Cosmo-Kramer if you knew them as well as you claim youd know full well how much they improvised. they used songs as a basis and just went wherever they felt like going. they never played songs the same way twice, if you to hear the album version then buy the album. live it was different every time. this is blindingly obvious to anybody who knows them

Just found your channel two months ago, and I can't get enough of it! I am a 71 year old Granny with a daughter and a grandson with ADHD, and I have it myself. I can relate to you so well! You make my day with your enthusiasm and excitement. I feel like I'm listening with a friend. Glad you love the music I loved as a Hippie, way back when.

When you said "It's too good." I had an interesting thought. I felt like I've gotten complacent about how truly great a band they were. I grew up with the expectation of greatness and underappreciated it until right then. Just letting you know you gave me a smile, and a somewhat fresh ear to music that I already love. Thanks, to you sir.

"Drums are fire" yes indeed they are. John Bonham is the drummer's, drummer's, drummer. I can take from him and approximate some songs, but I never stop being amazed at what he does. The more I delve into it, the more I find. He just doesn't play anything that is easy. Sometimes simple, but not easy. Other times just impossible. The enjoyment comes from trying and improving.Take the first step my friend, you'll never look back

Glad to see another Led Zeppelin reaction. Thanks! I love listening to Led Zeppelin live, but this is one of the times when I prefer the studio version. Likely because Page played an acoustic 12-string guitar during his solo instead of an electric guitar, which was a rare event. I suggest that you give it a listen when you have time. I think you'd enjoy it. Jimmy Page - guitar, band founder John Paul Jones - keys, bass guitar John Bonham - drums, percussion Robert Plant - vocals, lyrics

This was going to be just an instrumental but, when Jimmy heard Robert’s lyrics, he knew it would be a great song. Robert wrote the lyrics to say Thank You to his wife Maureen. She supported them (she was a nurse) while he was trying to make it on the music scene. It’s such a beautiful love song. As a refresher: Robert Plant - vocals; Jimmy Page - guitar; John Paul Jones - bass and keys; John Bonham - drums. That solo by Jimmy is 🔥🎸. JPJ on the organ gives it depth. Bonzo’s drums are spectacular as always. Then Robert singing it with such emotion. (Sigh). Thank you again for the great reaction. Love my Led Zeppelin.

This was my mom and stepfather's song, which was hilarious cuz my mom was born in 1955 and my stepfather was 12 years younger then my mother. My mom was never one to listen to any music that wasn't being played on the oldies station, a country station or top 40 for my entire life. My stepfather was a huge fan of The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Judas Priest! That's why my stepfather and I got along from Day 1, we Loved a bunch of the same music and he was able to get my mom to love The Beatles, Zeppelin, and Aerosmith which meant there was a lot more music in my house while they were married.

We're not going to press you, but, you're now exploring some other live material. I'll add this into my records of what you've covered. But, there is still another area into which you haven't even dipped the tiniest toenail, which is 'Celebration Day'. True, it's not their very best work, & nothing original. BUT, when they recorded this stuff, they were probably about 10 yrs younger then you are now. On 'Celebration Day', even without Bonzo, but with his son Jason sitting in on drums, they were about 20 yrs older than you, & still putting it out.
