Don’t matter. We simply can’t compare them. Different era. I can see why people might think LCW is better, but we have not seen the best of MMT yet. May be he will be the next legend, may be not. Who knows

The effectiveness of those trick shots depends on when to play it. For example, he may does a backhand push down the line many times in a row then play that trick shot and the opponent won't be ready for it. It's not about the technique of the shot. I'm sure most of pro players can do the technique to perfect. Even I can do that shot.

@@pham1020 ofc for trickshot, you dont do it to make it obvious , im a trickshot master myself. There is 2 ways, trying to do it and it will be obvious , or train it so much that it became a normal movement and you do it without thinking of it . Just like some technical footballer does . Like ronaldo was trying so hard to make trick stuff once it was at united and get owned some times whereas after in Real madrid it becomes natural for him to do it . When lin dan did it , it was somewhere between obvious and natural . Whereas Momota does it in some good timing + he owned his opponent it's a winning point directly for 90% time . wich is impressive . Specially when you do it against LCW lin dan chen long , axelsen Jorgensen , Chou tien chen . Literally all the best of his era.

@@pham1020 for example i trained for fun (specially when im exausted ) to take the shuttle behind the back (both ways ) the complete reverse 180 behind the back or the simple behind back . Before i was trying hard to get it . But now when im playing officially , i make it as a winner . but i never imagine to use it , its like a last chance when oppenent rush me at net to smash on my body . And i end up 50 % to get it and make the point spectacular. Whereas before i would just get shot in the body

@@vivekthakur331 it's 2015 because on 2016 Momota are banned to play on any international tournament or league and also LCW's shoe that he wear on that year , almost forgot, maybe the owner of this video put the wrong year....

Momota wll switch to attacking mode when he is facing strong opponents for him.. Normally you can see this when he is insecure of winning.. But when it happens Momota seems to be a bit panick.

Legend LCW .. the most versatile & complete player .. keep improving till become d best .. keep improving even 32- 36 yrs old (Simply the best player between 2013-2018) .. LCW finally tip over LD interm of skills after soo many years of hard work

@@DiareckLim agree. in my opinion, lcw physical attributes has already beat lin dan's in their prime and rivalry era but what differentiate them is lin dan is slightly mentally stronger than lcw.

Lin Dan is definitely better than LCW in their 1on1s, but I don't necessarily think LCW is any worse than LD for facing other players.
