I love lee Daniels, u guys can hate because he is gay, but he gives a message that we are all human and the same, he is a genius and by commenting things that u dislike about him and not realize that he is a brave men who created one of the worlds most popular shows by his own life experience then u are just sad.

Lee Daniels is a genius because probably for the first time since Roots there is not a 1-dimensional narrative showing blackness but a number of them that represents the authentic diversity that actually exists within our community. I am so tired of shows that show blackness as intentionally bad or intentionally good without being genuine or honest. We are a people, and as living breathing human beings should have the same right as all other people to express our diversity honestly without having to excuse ourselves with blanket assumptions regarding our entire race.
