Almost every man I know who used to shift huge weights at the gym back in the day are all physically fucked now, all that stress on the human body takes its toll eventually. I was one of the critics of this fella on here but seeing how he's turned things around and the health problems he's had that he's struggled to overcome has changed my mind and now regret my judgment of him. Keep going big man, your irrepressible.

Brian cockerel got beat up by Paddy Conroy and is mates attacked Brian with pool cues and other weapons and still could not put him down give Brian is due he never grassed them up Brian would have knocked each one down with one punch if there was on there own proper sly set up what they did to Brian

Lived in redcar around the time brian was in his heyday. Monster of a man and so was lee duffy. My dad gave lee a black eye once. His claim to fame that is to this day
