Lee & Herring TMWRNJ reunion gig at the Lyric Hammersmith, November 2008. With the intro song by Emma Kennedy's Vaginal Tap. And some "sick man" stuff in this "so called society".

The old chemistry is still there. I would love to see this show recorded properly "with cameras and that"

Absolute class. So woefully undervalued at the time of their double act. They seemed to enjoy the experience as much as the audience. Both are still a joy to watch/listen to on their own, but the two together do have work brilliantly.

Criminal considering how they launched a load of comics as writers that his can not be shot professionally on DVD.....There again, that would alter their off beat faux bitter charm...Still, a pity and hats off to whoever captured this...Cheers,diamondgeyser.

Amazing, I loved 'This Morning...' when I was a teen. You don't see things like this on TV any more, let alone on a Sunday morning. Roll on March 9th when I get to see Mr. Herring live.

Thanks for uploading this. Although I do like both of their solo stuff, it's fantastic to see them together again! Brilliant. Wish I'd been there.

This is the ONLY video featuring Stewart Lee I've ever seen on KZfaq that didn't have a single "XX has let himself go" comment. And it was posted 9 years ago!!! Something's definitely off.

seriously, why don't they do this more often? i know they've both got they're own careers, and they're both great by themselves (saw Stewart Lee live last week, really good- download both of Herring's podcasts, he's really good) but thiese clips are great too- maybe a lee & herring tour every couple years, is that too much to ask?

I'm going to throw this open to viewers: did L&H not think there would be commercial potential for a proper recording? And, if so, do you think there _was_ potential for such a recording to sell?

@the52show It was Franklyn Ajaye. Belittled further on his Comedy Vehicle show, which KZfaq user woodie1177 can helpfully provide for you, though the site is being a blaggard at not permitting a link for it here. So... forwardslash watch?v=sRA2mMmxYfE is the pertinent bit.

Brilliant. Both of them were more on-form and seasoned as performers here than they'd ever been, infusing old with new material. I don't have a problem with the audio, it's just a pity the stage is so shabby. This is top-notch comedy and they deserve far better. Oh and those girls were playing the theme tune totally wrong!

@wangpangu Why wouldn't you check out your own stuff on KZfaq? If you were a singer would you ignore reviews and click MTV off if they ever played your song or would you be interested in how your artistic endeavours were being received? Are you really no sharper than a bubble? Also, alliteration, no matter how objectionable, does not automatically turn inane humourless drivel into the title for a show. It seems you ain't sporting much above the neck, in the cranial area, either. Hard luck.
