Actually no, but he has a very flexible pelvis and spine and good muscle ability to isolate those movements, courtesy of his dance training. They need to stretch really well for such flexibility, it’s part of the ballet and jazz disciplines.

Well, he could do the Taekwondo roundhouse double kick which is more natural movement than what the host asked him to do. If he trained for it, bet he could do the spinning horizontal kicks well too. Would be such a treat to see him do that kind of kicks and somersaults in traditional Korean costume.
