But for him to defend his in-laws scams when he was fighting against his agency who scammed (and abused him) is kind of an irony. If his wife wasn't using her parents blood money to splurge on luxury, I'd be defending them. But I'd rather watch from afar and hope he learned his lesson.

We have always known what a hard worker and immensely talented guy he is, but to know what was happening behind the scenes and how he persevered through it and did not give up. Hats off to him. @@kurapikakurta8665 it was revealed that his previous agency (hook entertainment) that he has been with since he was 15, did not pay him a single cent for his music. Made him believe he was a 'minus' singer who didn't bring in enough profit which is BS because he built that agency! Along with a whole other host of issues such as gaslighting, manipulation, emotional and verbal abuse. Straight up vile. Of course there are more details you can look into yourself but safe to say, they are aweful!

On a bright note, because of Seungis courage to stand up to hook, it was huge news and now yesterday a new bill was passed nicknames the lee seungi law, which seeks to protect the financial and work rights of minors/teenagers in the industry!

For the people who don't know he debuted as a singer: his debut song started a noona syndrome (older women/younger men relationship) which was a tabou before. He was dubbed the Nation's Little Brother because of it and swept up rookie awards in 2004. His next album in 2006 had its title song n°1 on melon charts for 6 weeks, making it n°1 on melon's monthly charts for two months (song is: Words Hard to Say), his proposal song "Will You Marry me" was dubbed n°1 most romantic song by a huge amount of Koreans. One of his latest songs "Return", topped Melon's charts for 5 weeks and charted in melon yearly top 100 for two years. So yes, he's a successful singer.

10 years ago this man was dubbed as Prince of Ballad, and his songs and albums would conquer the chart along side with SNSD, Wonder girls, Big Bang. Now he sings and people comment: wow he is a singer? 😂 but its okay tho. That just means his acting is too good. Im happy that people find out about his other talent and hope he will come back with an album soon. And the reason why you guys dont know this guy is a singer is because his vocal cord was damaged in the army. He need to recover so he hasnt released an album for 5 years. Should find out more about his music too, there are many good songs.

84latte im not sure what happened but consider he’s a special force in the army, the training must be too hard and somehow affect his voice. But dont worry, as you can see he sings beautifully in MITH, he also said that he has done recoverring and currently taking vocal training for the new album. Its just the Covid situation makes everything delay.

На фоне этих однотипных слащавых, приторных фарфоровых красавчиков, он так выделяется. Харизма и обояние зашкаливает. А эта его улыбка!!!!!! О боже, это что то!!!!! А какой прекрасный актёр, как играл!!!!!!!! И брутальный и нежный и робкий одновременно. А потом послушала его песни, была просто поражена. Он ещё и такой отличный певец. Бархатный и сильный голос. Хочется слушать опять и опять этот божественный голос. Конечно же сейчас смотрю все его дорамы и слушаю треки. Ли сын ги просто идеален.смотришь и любуешься Талантливый, красивый, харизматичный, даже немного брутальный, милый, обаятельный с божественным голосом.. Нет такого, чего бы не смог ли сын ги. His voice hits the soul!!! When he reached the climax of the song I felt like I was punched in the gut! You can feel his raw passion and I just can't even explain how remarkable it is. I've never heard a voice like his, soft but has a raspiness to it. I hope he releases new music again..

I cannot get enough of listening to his amazing voice and to this song. What a gift and how much work Seung Gi must've put into this! I do hope he will find a management company that he trusts and that treats him with the respect and reverence he deserves, as an actor, musician, and producer.
