Sung Jin Woo - Shadow Sovereign - imo an "over protective" bf wouldn't just drop off/pick up his gf from a drinking session with another man, an over protective bf would either not allow his gf at all or insist to join the drinking session. I would say Sungjae gets lowkey jealous but with boundaries hahahaha or maybe he himself doesn't realize he's jealous to begin with 😂

A sample of helping other guy with his perilla leaves can’t be interpreted into foreigners mindset. In korea, there’s a pretty unique mindset that if someone help press down / separate your perilla leaves, it means s/he is interested with you.

Ahh come on! Helping a friend of your bf/gf with separating leaves or passing food to them is not a reason to get jealous. Its just being helpful to someone your partner cares about. Now if we were talking about hand feeding them a lettuce wrap or something then you'd have my agreement 😂. If I pass the salt or ketchup along or help them undo a lid to a condiment that's just being polite and helpful but if I fed them a spoon of my icecream or hand fed them something, that would be inappropriate 😁

At first I thought it was ridiculous to get jealous over perilla leaves. But then I remember in Korea a small gesture means a lot. Like if one says 'do you want to eat ramen' it means you're inviting them to come over, means a lot esp if it's said between man and woman. So in this case, holding perilla leaves is seen as more than just helping but also giving affection to someone.

I see people saying they think it's Yoona, but I don't think so. Because he already broke up with Yoona a long time ago now and I think if he wanted to get back with her he would have done it a long time ago, it's simple. So no I really don't think it's Yoona. Also this show was shot apparently at the same time as little forest, if we go by the dates. There's a Korean side dish that uses perilla leaves-I think it's pickled, but what happens is the leaves stick together and getting a piece is hard without pressing the other leaf off. Since Koreans use chopsticks, picking the leaf with one hand is hard The issue here is that her husband helped her friend press the leaf so her friend could get the leaf atop that 😂
