≪Ingredient≫
Back-rib, Minced garlic, Minced spring onion, minced ginger, egg
Oyster sauce, Taste sake, Sugar, Pepper, Potato starch, glutinous rice flour, Cooking oil
*Seasoning ingredient
Salt, Chicken powder, Sugar, Miwon, Sancho powder
≪Recipe≫
1. Soak 1kg of back-rib in cold water to get rid of any leftover blood.
2. On a flat bowl, put in back rib and rub broken egg evenly
3. Put in 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sguar, 2 spoons of taste sake, and little bit of pepper and mix evenly.
4. Put in 1 spoon of minced ginger, 2 spoons of minced spring onion, 4~5 spoons of minced garlic to back-rib mix and mix evenly.
5. If possible, rest for 4 hours.
6. Put in 4 spoons of potato starch, 2 spons of glutinous rice flour, 1 spoon cooking oil and mix evenly.
7. Put in cooking oil in a wok and heat upto 160c.
8. Fry back-rib for 3 mins, rest little and 2 mins more.(5mins in total)
9. If you like seasoning, sprinkle seasoning on top.(1 spoon of salt, 2 spoons of chicken powder, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of miwon, 1 spoon of sancho powder).
