Winter has come! After a long day work, i thought it would be nice to have a hot meal! Simple recipe to create Mapo Tofu!
《Ingredients》
1 Tofu, River snail(Optional)
50g meat, 1 spring onion, minced garlic, 1/5 carrot, peas(optional)
Chili oil, toban djan, oyster sauce, sugar, starch
1 Korean chili
《Recipe》
1. Slice tofu 4x4. (Refer to the video)
2. Chop white part of 1 spring onion, 1/5 carrot, 50g meat, 1 korean chili(optional) into small pieces.
3. Put 3 spoons of chili oil on a pan and heat the pan.
If you are eating ready rice, please heat the rice at this step
4. Put in chopped spring onion, carrot, peas(optional) 1 spoon of minced garlic in the pan and stir fry little.
5. Put in chopped meat into the pan and stir fry with veggies.
6. When meat is half cooked, put in 1/2 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of taste sake, chopped korean chili(optional)
7. Put in 200mL of water, river snail, 1/2 spoon of toban djan, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar into the pan and boil down.
If you are too hungry, put in 100mL of water instead of 200mL
8. Put in starch water little by little until it's density is right.
9. Pour mapo tofu on a steamed rice and eat this delicious dish! :)
