Here we are at the start of a brand new year. Crazy how fast things are moving in these unusual times!
The new Energy Update has arrived, and for January 2022, a few of the themes are:
✨ Going Within and Reflecting in order to really create and manifest from February onwards,
✨ The Power of Light, how it is infusing the Earth now and how that plays out on a very human level, and what that looks like - what to look out for. And last but not least,

The very first writing assignment class I gave in my Creative Writing class this past August was to give yourself a motivational speech to themselves before 2020 and the pandemic in order for them to see in themselves the amount of growth they have undergone in just one year and how they now appreciate different things in their life. They were 10-13 year olds and they all got it. They wrote such beautiful essays about the friendships that they cherish and how they learned to get along with their siblings in tight quarters for so long. I tried to get them to understand what is important in difficult times. I was able to show the positive in each of their stories.

Me too! Over the past year I have had to cut out wheat, dairy, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and lots of other things because of the inflammation they were causing....for the first time in my life I am struggling to not lose too much weight...it is a strange experience.

I noticed that all of the things I've been thinking about for myself have one thing in common: Living with intention in all areas. Spending, eating, relationships, hobbies, all of it. Not with *goals* in mind, but intentionally aligned with my values and with the messages from spirit in the moment. I have been guided to spend the entirety of New Year's Day alone in meditation, contemplation, and gentle examination of self. I know of others that have been guided to do the same thing.

Thank you, Lee, your update is clear as crystal to me. It's exactly how I've begun to experience and live these energies. Bumps in the last weeks of December, a huge clash with a sister, triggering childhood pain, and a sobering up in the start of this month, with healing of pain, and releasing patterns of thought and reactions that are only remnants of some intense past lives. I begin to connect the dots so much more, and sense more nudges from within, realisations that are enlightening, in small daily affairs, and in connection with others. Also with my 2 kittens, who often watch that non-physical part of me, above my head, when they start falling asleep. Connection with animals and nature, the trees, it deepens 🌻💚

So my changes for my health came to me in December when I discovered I had leaky gut so I found a good Holisitc doc and I’m on a mend this year is healing the stomach . And noticing how sensitive I really am and changing my words toward myself and others. Using my IAms and more meditation .

Back in 1998 my then spiritual friend and mentor told me we were and would be "pummeled" with Light. I didn't understand what she meant at the time, but as the years have gone on, I understand It is breaking up the armour of darkness we have created to reveal the Light within.... so grateful....

I wondered why my calendar was so bare. I kept telling myself it would be fine, all the while feeling panicked about not having people lined up to work with in the new year. Then I sat in the understanding of abundance, remembering that when we have moments of worry, we need to focus on the areas we have abundance. For instance an abundance of time, time which could be spent working myself, my business or my health. Abundance of support and love. I am seeing this as a month of creation. Thank you Lee, for clarifying what is transpiring. This makes the worry less present.

@@kimoc5148 Is it possible that you're a youngster who is used to the fast pace of digesting virtual information? I've noticed the difference often, now that I'm 71 myself, between those who are born with a mobile phone in their hands, and the generations before who had no knowing of the virtual world. For example, when I'm calling a helpdesk, mostly young people are on the phone. They speak so fast that I can't follow what they're saying. To my ears it's a long series of syllables, non stop.

@@devonseamoor Actually I'm 63.... It's just way too long for the information given... We all have very busy lives and to add frills makes things way too boring... When someone says this or that we get it... You know those letters or emails that are 10 pages long but all could have been said and done on one page and we would have the necessary information... Thank you Lee. I have been guided to quiet my energies over the past few weeks. Preserve, trust, allow for patience and open up to go within vs always wanting to be out amongst my beloved fellow beautiful humans. This really resonates with me. I’ve been struggling the end of this year to officially launch my business/services, but it just hasn’t flowed, and right at the last week of the year and going into the new year, I’ve been very sick. I feel like my body is purging the hardest year I’ve ever had, and although I’d love to hit the ground running into the new year, the timing still feels strange for it, and I am certainly not physically or energetically aligned with it either. It is very frustrating because the last half of this year has really been stop and go for me, but I know there aren’t enough coincidences in the world, and as much as I don’t like it, it’s important that I trust the divine timing of my own journey. Spirit understands the perfection of the synchronicities, and I must have compassion for myself that my ego doesn’t have that same understanding. 🤍✨🌈 Thank you, Lee, and Happy New Year to everyone 🤍✨🌈

Thanks for all of the time and energy you put into helping others. I started following you after I saw some of your interviews on Gaia and I truly think I was brought to them for a reason as I was suffering from a pretty bad episode of depression at the time. Watching you really helped give me the strength to pull myself out of it and I have continued to watch your videos and they have continued to help keep me grounded. This is the longest I've gone without falling back into a depression in years. Thank you for helping me learn to look inward and understand why it kept happening and what kind of INTERNAL work I needed to do to get rid of all of that negative energy I had been carrying for years. Lee January 17th happens to be my 57th birthday. I must say this has been one heck of a year. It didn't feel like it was going to be a year worth going into two months ago. I believe I've been awake since a child and contain lots of tools but even I went through a period of Darkness these last few months. I was let go of my job with unpaid leave the second week of September and though I live very conservatively I am almost out of savings. And while I know I need to embark on some Financial endeavor and the impending looming feeling of potentially losing my house I feel like this birthday is going to be one transformational day. I I'm going to practice the art of in'tending as you suggest because I believe if I do, the way will be shown to me and I will know and feel it

I would recommend in the realms of Health getting an Akashic Reading in the realms of Health and Wellness. I got one in the end of December and it really helps give you a scan of what needs attention in the physical, mental, emotional and energetic body. Also got specific direction on what my body needs more of vitamin, mineral, herb, self care practices, etc. really gives you a basis for new operations and habits in your life! 🌈🦋🌏 if it resonates I highly recommend. I resisted journaling so now I just call it "writing things down in a book" - lol since June. This has been part of the game change because I have also numbered the pages and use a pendulum to dowse what I'm to go back to and my guides draw my attention to. Without looking once I get to the page, I also point to a paragraph and ask if it's the whole paragraph and my pendulum will either move for yes or no. Then whittle it down to either a sentence or word. I've done a few readings for friends this way rather than use cards.

I've already also noticed the piece near the end that I would characterize as one step backward leading to two steps forward. It may be because I'm so well trained to look for the gifts in adversity, but the gifts are suddenly seeming disproportionately larger than the adversities.
