Cheers from Canada....I have new batteries and power adapter too....these days, if Power failure the Original Settings don't save? Why? It has Date, Temp., Time and Alarms.

I was really struggling to keep the time visible then with the batteries still in I plugged it in. Sorted. Even when I unplugged it to move rooms it stayed on. I'm going to use it with a plug dispite it looking ugly on my mantelpiece. All the functions/settings are easier/more stable with a plug. Excuse the appalling use of English but hopefully I have helped someone. 🙂

HELP. My company purchased four of these clocks from Amazon. We came in on a Monday and all four clocks are now blank. It can't be all four are defective or all 16 batteries are bad. There has to be some kind of "sleep" setting we cannot figure out and I can't get through to their customer service. Any idea?
