It's a very uncommon glitch. If a spitter's projectile (or any physics object falling really) hits a survivor from above while they're airborne, it adds tremendously to the survivor's fall velocity. It only lasts for a split second usually but in that moment Rh4xor was falling at speeds sufficient to trigger insta-death by fall damage

Its sad Chargers can just "Insta Kill" around 4~5 spots across all the available maps. The pattern of ambushes are basically the same for all killings. This zombie unit has so much potential...
